BMY-2 series roll forming machine, adopting roll forming method, can produce beautiful appearance, strong panels which are extensively used in wall & roof construction or outdoor decoration. This type machine possesses advance and innovative technology that can provide convenient roller change within same BMY machine. This type can be equipped with PLC control and touch screen HMI supplies auto length-cut and easy operation as well. We could design the nonstandard forming machine for customer"s special need.

For over 15 years Baosheng has been designing, building and installing sandwich panel and rollforming lines for metal building products, material handling products, automotive products and many other custom products literally around the world.
We manufacture roll forming machines that are used for making sections such as Z purlin, C channels, roof panels, crash guards, fenders and any section as per customers specific requirement. Our roll tools are designed by experts and meticulously manufactured which ascertains precise forming of section. We make Cold Roll Forming Lines of input strip width varying from 700mm to 1250mm and thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 3mm. The raw materials that the machine can work with are mild steel, galvanized steel, color coated sheets, aluminum to name a few.
